DRAWING ROOM OF THE FLORIO FAMILY
FROM PRCANJ - XIX C.
The superb lemonwood drawing room furniture belonged to the well-known Florio family from Prcanj. One of them, Marko Florio, was an admiral in the Austrian Navy who distinguished himself in the naval battle off the island Vis, in 1866, as the officer in command of the Austrian warship "Erzherzog Friedrich". The walls are adorned with paintings of the Bay of Kotor sailing ships, the works of Vasilije Ivankovic, a famous sea-painter.
